what can theta do to improve

I have actually thought about Theta quite a bit, and I don't get it either. They really have some of the nicest girls on campus, they don't seem to have any reputations issues that some of the higher tiers have, they seem to have a deep sisterhood bond, and they don't seem to be out there bashing everyone else. Their latest pledge class is amazing, Theta got some really great girls that could have been placed in any of the other sororities. When I went through recruitment I had looked at all the different sororities social media sites and the Thetas looked pretty impressive. So I just don't know. If having a strong sisterhood, contributing to campus life, staying basically controversy free,and having cute girls isn't enough - I don't know what would be.
