The number in a pledge class does not dictate ranking like you have it listed.
Numbers are based on quota and despite the fact we use 'variable quotas' a quota is set for all chapters. The term 'variable' just relates to the numbers being different among each chapter.
In the case with ChiO only pledging 90 that could mean that they had some legacies (which they were counting on) pledge other sororities and say DDD and KD had higher desirability and thus took quota additions which would, of course mean that DDD and KD are still more desirable than ChiO.
You need to have the expected quota then the pledge number to make the kind of determination you're attempting to make.
Truth is, everyone did great!

Even though there were "variable quotas" a number was still set for each sorority. I too would like to know quota for each and then how many they pledged.
