The point of joining a sorority is to find your sisters, meet new people and make new friends. Every single sorority is going to do that for you if you give it a chance. RELAX and enjoy today and tomorrow. Don't let a bunch of bitter old women steal the joy of recruitment and finding your home.

The point of joining a sorority is to PAY FOR your sisters, meet new people and make new friends, which you've PAID FOR.
then ya'll graduate and never talk to each other again
ask anyone that's graduated in the past few years how many of their sorority sisters they keep up with. if you hear a number more than 2 or 3 consider yourself lucky

This sounds like someone who didn't get into the sorority they wanted, or couldn't go through Recruitment at all for whatever reason.
Could still be a mom still hating years later, I guess.
