nothing against alpha phi but...

Alright, I have been reading all of these Alpha Phi is "killing it" posts and I have some thoughts:
1.) Anytime anyone says they love XYZ sorority other than Alpha Phi, the post gets called out as a troll, a liar, a mom, ect., except when it is positive towards Alpha Phi (very rarely).
2.) No one on my floor saying Alpha Phi or ABC or XYZ is "killing it."
3.) Someone on greek rank defending Alpha Phi or attacking other sororities where someone loves them.
Relax and let everyone like who they like. Many girls love top 1, 2, and/or 3, while others love others. Everyone is different and like who fits mostly with them or has what they are looking for. or where their sister is a member, ect.
Go Greek! Go ADPI, Go Alpha Phi, Go AOPi, Go ChiO, Go DDD, Go DG, Go KD, Go KKG, Go PhiMu, Go PiPhi, Go Theta!

Obviously your a mom. YOU Began by hating on APHI which means your sorority is feeling the squeeze or you wouldn't have wasted so much time trying to be negative. But you tried to pull it back around in the end. Relax. Take a Zantac or have a glass of wine and let your daughter enjoy HER rush week!

I have noticed the same trends. While the Alpha phi alums are fairly aggressive (I've had the opportunity to observe them multiple times at breakfast at the Ole Miss iInn), they don't strike me as the type to devolve to this level of behavior. that said I do think Alpha Phi supporters of some type are trolling the page during this recruitment.

Alpha has the same approach at any campus when they colonize. Their advisors/ national reps are aggressive, as you say, but they do delve to this level of engagement. They want a very particular kind of girl, which is great if you are that girl: pretty, giggly, and jiggly. As a nat. organization they do not worry about taking grade risks or standard risks. They engineer and design their chapters to be a certain type of woman without much diversity in type or look. The members of APhi do not vote themselves on their membership. Their leaders (national ones who come for rush) do. That is how they shape the chapter so decisively to be filled with similar members. I am not hating on them. Their singleminded way of recruiting is not for me but it might be for others.

@HTGA how would you know what APHI wants if your not in that's stat? Stop bashing and stereotyping!

Not going to argue who I am. I know who you are. This is exactly what I am talking about. I did not hate on Alpha Phi. They seem like great sorority. I was hating on the hate by someone bashing everyone else and exaggerating Alpha Phi "killing it" I am guessing that would be you.
