what the hell was the point of this post

Defending the OP... this site is called Greekrank and that's what y'all do. Rank sororities. Nonstop.

The OP is simply saying that when you're an OOS, and know very few people, your choices will be limited to 'lower' ranked sororities y'all identify ad nauseum on this very site. That's a fact.

I'm so sick and tired and hearing everybody say' 'all houses are great', blah blah blah. If they're all equal, then why not assign girls randomly to the 11 equally wonderful sororities and be done with it?!

Of course there are great girls in each house. What sets them apart? You tell me. Beauty? Grades? Personality? Maybe a bit of each. But the bottom line? Connections. We're back to the beginning. An OOS often comes here with few or no connections. And that my fellow rebs is a deep disadvantage.

Well I am an OOS student I am not in Theta (and if I had ended up in Theta it would have been okay). I suspect this is one those Bama or Mississippi State students anyway. They're as bad as the 80's Moms.

you're literally absolutely 100000% wrong. AND if the OOS student did get theta then good for them because theta puts on a damn good rush and girls need to stop giving them a stereotype they no longer fit?? theta has great social girls now that's super cute, they just can't erase their reputation... if girls would go into their rush open minded they would see how awesome it is!

MANY other houses have a BUNCH of OOS state girls, in fact houses like adpi and pi phi aoii and kkg maybe have more OOS than in state... and they're GREAT options.
