why does everyone consider chi psi as the "rejects"?
by: Papi BlancoAt rush I really liked the house and the guys I talked to there. But I talked to 3 or 4 guys about it afterwards and they seemed to think they were all awkward weirdos or something. I even talked to an active from Sigma Pi and he basically said the same thing, as did most of the reviews on this site. Why does nobody like them? And if I did pledge there, would we not be invited to other houses' parties or anything like that?

My guess is because the fraternity is newer. Also, this site is often evidence of the worst in human nature to bully and gossip about others so that the bully feels better about his or her own group. The same thing happens in person. No matter what you do, remember that stronger people don't need to put others down and can speak to their own strengths (not another's weaknesses). Be your own man. That's an impressive trait.
