When I was rushing there was a girl who was promised a bid to Tri delt. Like the actives would send her pictures of a bid card with her name on it. They do this to more girls than they can take. The girl ended up opening a bid to a bottom bottom house on bid day thinking it would be Tri delt. In my opinion it's just cruel to do that to someone.

Then it should be reported to Panhellenic and the universities Greek Life administrator, especially if someone has received pictures/post/etc to confirm this allegation.

That sounds like dirty rushing and if reported would probably lead to some disciplinary action.
