I will say this about some truth on this site...Theta is an awesome group and I love those girls they are just not as desired. Alpha phi just brands themselves differently and its appealing and they will probably rise quickly.
I also know that Chi O is really just a local sorority...but there are plenty of girls who want that house even if they are all from jackson.
Dg may get hate on this site but they are an awesome group of girls and very much desired, i just think if you had to choose between chi o and dg on pref night, the prestige of chi o might still win out...but I could be wrong.
on the downslide to me are potentially aopii and adpi because i think alpha phi will overtaake them pretty soon if they dont focus.

I think Pi Phi has gotten extreme lack of credit on this site - The Chapter if full with very involved girls and they win the majority of philanthropy competitions because they are hard workers and don't necessarily have parents ready to write checks for whatever it takes to be on top. Awesome group and hate to see them be put low on desirability.

(Aopii, AdPi, APhi) - APhi is still new, but will jump more later
Theta - still last, but closing the gap

I agree but Pi Phi has historically been a lower tier house while the others have always been mid-tier so it's harder to move up even if you have great gals, etc. It works the opposite way too - a house can be top tier (and has been 'forever') but even with slipping PC's they still stay top tier...at least for quite a while.
it takes a lot for a house to move up or down into another tier. And it usually takes years to really break into another tier (moving up).
