"filler girls"

This is a hot topic at Bama GR: girls in top houses who were way down the bid list but who were needed to make quota and total.
Filler girls usually find themselves excluded from the "A-list" cliques and gravitate to each other for friendship.
Is this a thing at Ole Miss?

so top houses couldn't meet quota so they used "filler girls" who are way down on the bid list to meet quota?
i guess it makes sense, also on the bama greekranks page says the nba has a shortage of people that want to be in the nba, so they are using filler players, basically they are signing guys from pickup games they see going on in local parks

It's not girls way down on the list needed for quota, it's girls alums and advisors force girls to take, often legacies, that the chapter members don't really care about. And there absolutely are filler girls in top houses here. Look at Chi O members, you can totally tell who's there because of who their family is and who is there because of who they are.

Plenty of girls in top houses are there because of relatives and other connections that don't feel connected to the pledge class. I feel sorry for them. They might be happier somewhere else.

like how supposedly KD alums, not actives, choose their pledge class.
Filler is a bizarre term for that phenomena.

Most of the Ole Miss top tiers are connected through legacy or high school and possibly even related. The ones who feel out of place would probably be the ones who slipped through without those connections.
