ddd dominating pnms at orientation
by: YepALL I hear is how many PNMs the DDDs are dominating during orientation weekends. They are taking them out every night, texting them constantly, commenting relentlessly on their social media accounts, and crap talking the other sororities.

I know first hand the only reason DDD rushes any PNM hard is if they are a legacy of KD or ChiO. The girls of DDD ONLY care about money and trying to be number one.
Their claim to fame is getting as many legacies of other sororities as possible. They don't really care about you it is only for show and bragging rights!

@spf dang, this is so accurate.
If you are a KD or ChiO legacy you can bet the DDDs are going to be all over you. Even if you might not be considered a top girl because of grades or connections they just love to pledge someone else's legacy!

honestly their focus goes on their own legacies..probably more than it should.. sure all top houses love to steal each others legacies but only if it's actually a top girl. I know for a fact that DDD doesn't like to go for legacies to other houses they KNOW won't go DDD because they don't want to waste their time, so if they are actually rushing another sorority's legacy then that legacy most likely has lots of DDD connections that want her in and believe there's a chance she might not follow her legacy footsteps...they don't go for the girls just because they want a Chi O or KD leg, it's because the girl is amazing but she just happens to be a leg to something else (which if they get the girl it's just the icing on the cake that they stole another houses legacy). This is how my house works and my DDD friends say the same thing

@honestly, Yes. You are partially correct; however, I also know for a fact that DDD likes the "icing on the cake" so much that they actually do heavily rush ChiO and KD legacies more. Because truthfully no one actually KNOWS what house a PNM will pledge until bid day. The DDDs more than any other house at Ole Miss work that potential nonstop.
Not saying that rushing a top girl is a bad thing. Of course, all the houses do, but DDD does make an extra effort to "steal" legacies just for the mere fact they are legacies of a competing top house. I know they drop the less desirable legacies earlier but those top girls are nothing but bragging rights.
Sorry, PNMs that is the HONEST truth.

fiestas are very easy to find.. they often pop up on suggested people to follow. I find people's all the time on accident but I usually just ignore it (which is what they should be doing with yours)

just letting you know, finstas are not a good thing to have before rush. I would delete or deactivate while you still can. many sororities have a strict finsta policy. mine does for sure. people have been terminated over things posted on them. just trying to help another girl out
