joining frat

I'm coming to ole miss next fall and am looking to join a fraternity but I'm from New York, is there any chance I get a bid from a top tier house or are they all just gonna move onto the next kid as soon as I say I'm from New York

Frats resorting to acting like girls about greek life. We wonder why Ole Miss has the rep it does.

OP: Don't be discouraged by the negativity. You will need to be outgoing and meet people, but it can be done. Rush isn't until October, so that's time for you to meet guys in frats. Living in the dorm helps.

It's more about who you know or how much money you have. There isn't a fraternity or campus that doesn't have people north of the Mason Dixon

I’m a girl and I’m not into sororities I don’t want to be surrounded by girls not my thing. I was wondering have girls very tried to rush any frats or if it’s even allowed. That’d be super chill if so..
