I don't know if there is a clear cut policy for this situation. My personal opinion is you wouldn't be successful during a second formal rush or even COB if you have been cut during your first formal rush. But that's just my personal opinion. I would say the Sororities who were allowed larger recruitment numbers due to the variable quote are more likely to be a little more flexible - but all the Sororities had good recruitment numbers so I really don't know if they can even COB this Spring.

whether a sorority has a "once cut, always cut" policy is private membership selection information. Not something that anyone is going to broadcast, especially on a board like this one.
