I find Pilam to be really promising. In one year they are 95 guys. That's some serious quality right there.

Pilam indiana chapter won a number of awards at their national convention . And you say they are dead beats and losers? They are much better than some of the established chapters on campus.

Maybe more than Skulls and Acacia, but Sammy has over 70 if you include the colonies. Still Pilam is below the NIC average of 72.
