other greek organizations?

Besides IFC and Panhellenic Council, does anyone know anything about the other organizations on campus that use greek letters? I know they aren't considered "Greek life" but what is the experience like in community service fraternities, prelaw and premed fraternities, historically black sororities and fraternities, and business fraternities? I'm assuming they don't rage quite like typical Greeks but what are the advantages and disadvantages?
