How important is it to know people in sororities for recruitment? I know a few people in different houses so I was wondering how much this will help my chances

they're trying to pass a rule so that next year each house has to take 50 girls so your chances go way up

Most chapters took at least 50 this year.

That will really only affect houses like tridelt and chi o who take small pledge classes. At best it will free up like 50 more bids which isn't a lot but at least panhel is doing something. Plus SK is colonizing so that will help too

Your recruitment is a Joke compared to seriously competitive campuses like Mizzou and Alabama. You girls wouldn't stand a chance.
