top tier ranks by personality

Okay rank the "top tier" by personality. NOT looks, NOT by actual social standing. Just by the interactions you've had with them and their kindness/intelligence/overall personality.
LIST (in alphabetical order..I added some upper-middle to make the list longer):
A Phi
AXO
DDD
DZ
Kappa
Pi Phi
XO
Zeta
If you disagree with listed chapters, that's fine but keep it to this list. If I would've included GPhi, everyone would have put them first. So I cut it off here to see some variations.
