Do sophomores that transfer in to IU ever get bids, or are the odds against me?

i transferred to iu after my freshman year and rushed as a sophomore. i did have a lot of friends in different houses, but i ended up choosing the one house in my three party that i didn't know anyone in. and not that it matters, but all of my 3 party houses were houses that are considered 'top' or whatever.
all thats important is that you're yourself and look for a house where you truly see yourself finding some of the best friends you'll ever have. i honestly found rushing as a soph gave me a bit of a leg up because i was more confident and sure of who i was as a person than i was my freshman year. if a house isn't interested in you simply because youre a soph and doesn't bother to get to get to know you otherwise than that's not a house you should want to be in anyway.

You are a girl so you HAD to go through every house and meet girls in every house. You think Dunn meadow is a real thing? It's very different for fraternities. The first comment is more realistic
