Todays winner announced

After careful consideration, we have finalized a winner for today’s douche off. Taken into account were amount of shirtless men, music taste, and amount of alcohol consumption. While phi psi came in strong with the numbers, phi delts vibes were electric today. I will say we could all be a fan of some more shirts off next time.
