I think it is silly to have so many sub tiers and theta stop the self rank.

Top: APHI, PI PHI, DZ, KAPPA, CHIO, ZETA, GPHI, AXO, AEPHI
Mid: DG, AGD, AOPI, SK, PHI MU, AXID, KD
Bottom: THETA, ADPI, TPA, DPHIE, ASA

We need to remove SDT all together for now.
