Can you rush informally if you drop before initiation

If you were to drop a house before you were initiated, but you signed the mraba, could you rush informally in the fall/ or formally in the spring?

it has to be a full year so you can formally next year spring but not informally

Did you not read the MRABA or listen to anything that was explained to you? The part about it being a binding contract for one full year?
