Do frats do any informal recruitment?

I know a bunch of people who didn’t get bids and probably won’t rush again but still wanna be in a house so do any houses to informal? If so which houses and how do you go about it

This year there might be informal recruitment the week after bids go out. Don’t think a lot of houses are doing it tho
