Why Is Kap Sig bottom tier?

They're considered bottom because it's a new chapter recolonizing and they don't have a house yet. Any unhoused or new fraternity will typically be on the bottom since they don't have a reputation yet and will bid a lot of weird kids to fill spots. Kappa Sig also didn't do a good job in their recolonization process, and somehow got put on Cease & Desist within a few months of returning, meaning they couldn't throw any official events whatsoever. If they had done everything right they probably would have been able to get their house back by now, but there is currently a sorority living in it. I know a lot of good dudes in Kappa Sig, but I wouldn't recommend rushing it if you want a traditional fraternity experience

They wont be getting their house back anytime soon. Sk got like a 5 year lease on it and a contract w iu that says they have to be housed. Getting on cnd damaged that process for sure. Kappa sig wont get their house back minimum 6 years
