How did touses become touses? And vice versa

always been curious on how like pikapps becomes pikapps and delts ends up delts. Any thoughts on how this happens? poor exec performance?

big budgets (wealthy houses) used to throw good parties. Therefore, getting good reputations and best pair

Huge alumni base as does pikkaps phi delt, phi psi, beta all do. That’s really all it is, having alumni support and wealth. Delts got kicked in 2017 and coming back, to be fair were top paired in 2016 before getting kicked
