Do “rankings” actually matter?

Like do they affect the parties you go to and do people look down on you for the house you’re in? Also why so much hate for Theta and SK they seem like nice sweet girls

For girls, rankings do not matter. Ranks matter more for guys cause they can’t get into parties from other houses easily
