Which frats have the most potential
by: PNMI’m rushing in the spring and I don’t really know people in houses so I know I prob won’t end up in one of the “top houses”. I don’t know much ab the rankings and stuff so what are the lower to middle houses that have good brotherhood and fun parties?

Beta sig, chi phi and pike could be good options although potential for future growth could be limited for those houses with pike losing house and beta sig lease ending soon. Snu and delts not in as good of a spot as the houses above but definitely have lots of potential and are growing fast. Stay away from tep and lambda not good houses and not as much potential

People who thumbs down are haters, these two are rising quick rather people like it or not and they own their houses. Theyre here to stay
Sigpi owns their house as well but no one knows anything about them
Lambda owns their house too & has been here for a minute and always been bouse. Delts and snu already surpassed.
Asig owns theirs and is a wild card, not sure if theyre gonna rise after getting some popularity this semester or just stay the same. Theyve been here for a minute too and have stayed lower mid. Not sure if snu and delts surpassed yet, but theyre right behind and on the right track

This is accurate. lambda and Asig have been here for a while and haven’t risen at all. They will remain bouses. Delts and snu have already surpassed both in jus there first and second years on campus and will continue to rise. Betasig is better than all them but they don’t own their house and will lose it soon. Sigpi should be absolute last resort if none of the above work out and is probably a better option than tep. Avoid tep and dke at all costs

From what I’ve heard, if your a pnm and don’t wanna rush “touse” beta sig, snu, chi phi and asig are all good options. People say asig is a wild card or gonna stay “bouse” but from some popularity they gained this semester and hearing they have a really good Fall 23 pledge class, they could be a solid option. But I’d say rush those four and go in with an open mind. Stay away from lambda, Delts and tep. All geed houses.

who tf is DKE? if you're a cute guy but with little connections, i'd say beta sig. great group with a good amt of attractive guys. they are losing the acacia house in 3 years, so keep that in mind. mid houses dont have definite leases like sororities do, that's why its always someone in or out. they could probably get DU or something.
