That organization has historically owned that house just as any DU or beta does. Not sure how kdr or pilam “deserves” that specific house when they have 30 people

The Delts have historically been a top house up until a couple years ago when they went on probation. Pike has always been off campus, but took their place for a couple of years. Looks like old times are coming back
