i swear axos last pledge class was literally all white except for one girl and aphi/piphi had no women with more melanin than a fake tan

1) There are. The vast majority of houses has POC.
2) As a POC myself, POC tend to not be super interested in Panhellenic sororities. A lot are more interested in multicultural sororities, or dedicating themselves to academic organizations. Just cultural differences.
