Why is Sammy so overrated?

This frat is unhoused and filled with a number of weird brothers and geeds. Why are they consistently ranked among the top 5-10. They are barely better than AKL in my opinion

I agree tbh. Wealthy guys who just stare at girls and don’t know what to say. I hate when they’re at parties maybe if they were housed they’d be as good as AKL

They’re only “overrated” on this site…they paired with KD for homecoming and are never seen at top pairs. They’re a mid tier house - GreekRank isn’t real life.
