Rushing as a minority

I am a mixed kid (black/white) and I am weighing out the pros and cons of rushing this fall. I don’t really know anything about frats but I know they are historically white at IU. I wanna rush a predominately white fraternity but I don’t know if that is the right thing to do and am scared I will get discriminated against and will not receive a bid because of the color of my skin. If anyone knows what it’s like rushing as a minority and give me tips or advice it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Minority kids get bids everywhere especially top houses because of diversity initiatives within fraternities.

I know tons of POC in basically every frat, that doesn’t affect your chances at all
