Sig Chi gonna fall off in a year or two. Possible replacements for top house are really any of the upper mid houses (AEPi, Phi Sig, Phi Delt, Sammy)

Message to any incoming freshman. Do not rush all top frats cause most likely you won’t get in (sorry it’s the truth). Rush MID TIER - TOP TIER. The frats below are technically still geeds lmao

Not true, if ur actually a senior u would know that frats get kicked off every year and rankings change all the time. Rush as many frats as you can and join the one that you feel most at home
