Fraternities to avoid

I know I won't get into a top tier one but want to be relevant and have fun doing normal fraternity things. But then again I don’t wanna be in a loser frat. I’m 6’1 and played lax in hs. What frats should I avoid? And which house is a mid tier but still cool?

Avoid any house that does not have a house on campus or has not had a house for at least a year

Like chi phi, that will be a dead frat in a few years. Under no circumstances should you rush them. No matter how hard those acacia phi tau geeds try to convince you or say they have good parties, they don’t and they pay for them
