How good of a frat is Phi Sig? Top tier? Bottom tier? Middle?

Think of them as like middle and upper mid. Not really too cuz they’re pairs aren’t that good but they occasionally party with mid tier sororities as well. They used to be better and kinda fell off with some herby kids but otherwise they’re alright
