why is phi psi’s house actually so nice? mid tier frat, but one of the nicest houses on the row I don’t get it

Because the boys in phi psi suck… pi kapps and zbt don’t have nice houses but they’re top, it’s about the people not how “nice the house is”

Probably because the guys in phi psi are gonna end up earning enough to get a house like that in the future

Phi Psi was top when that house got built and then they got kicked in 2015. Came back 2019.
