Price to join a Fraternity

I am a freshman and planning on rushing my sophomore spring. Can someone currently or that is knowledgeable about Greek life tell me how much it would be for me to live in the house and pay dues.

My dues are $600/semester, think it’s $1400 to live in the house for a semester that could be wrong. Includes meals and sruff

Not sure if houses will take sophmore springs, maybe a fall
