Is Beta Sig still the better Beta?

I know people often get Beta Sig and Beta confused, and I know that historically Beta Sig has been a better house. I just wanted to ask, is this still the case? A kid above me one year is a brother at Beta Theta Pi Pi Chapter so I'm pretty sure I have a bid there next Semester if I rush. Still gotta give Beta Sig a change tho I know they'll still be a top house especially when they take over snowcacia's house

Beta sig is moving to the old acacia house therefore they will consistently pair with all the house on 3rd street(aphi, pi phi, kappa) beta theta is a bottom tier house and will always be
