You can’t just do cob if you feel like it. If you’re at or above total, you can’t do it

Cob has nothing to do with quota and both houses made it it was 55-57 this year. Snap bid is the name for when houses don’t make quota and take more girls, but that is before bid night happens. Informal has nothing to do w this

Not true at all…. I think they both have girls they want that got pulled or dropped recruitment.
