They are getting that house it’s already been decided. I’d say it’s worth checking out since most of the kids in there have really good connections (old acacia) and it won’t be that tough to get bid if you’re a chiller

rush them. They definitely will not be old chi phi. They’ll have a full social schedule and have a majority acacia kids which will be helpful.
