You won't get a real answer on this site. The houses that have reputations for staying out of drama and enjoying themselves are basically the "middle tier". They don't devote hours to self ranking to make people think they are more admired/respected than they actually are. They just chill. I respect that confidence.

Most of the bottom, lower middle, and middle tier houses. Adpi, Phi Mu, Theta, DG, and AOPi to name a few. You’ll see a correlation to grades as well.

If there is it’s between the girls and it usually ends quick. Top tier houses fight with other top tier houses for attention for guys. Bottom tier and lower mid dont. They also don’t broadcast their problems like top houses do. I have a lot more respect for bottom tier girls than top tier

That’s not really a thing, everyone has different experiences with every house. For example, some houses may stay out of trouble and not cause drama but still have bad members and a bad reputation for that/not be respected for it. On the other hand, other houses might get in trouble but have good/chill members and no internal drama. Also being “classy” isn’t really a thing (exception DZ) because all srats have rules and people will get sent to standards if they do get too drunk/out of hand, no matter which house you’re in.
