alr we can all agree that phi tau is ass and dont belong there at all. But let’s not cap, theta chi has a lot of weird kids in their house and acacia is pretty over hyped too, sae didnt even lose that many brothers and girls like them wayyyyy more and that isnt a coincidence, sae recruits better and has better kids it’s just facts. doesnt take away from the other choices but saying tc or alak is better is false

It’s kinda hard to shift tier to tier but within tiers there’s risers and fallers.
Upper: Phi Delt and Phi Sig will rise. With this group it’s all about just not getting in trouble, something Phi Delt is very good at.
Mid: Theta Chi and Acacia are prolly the biggest risers
Lower: Pike and Lambda will be the biggest risers. The others have already hit their peak. Pike will only rise if they get a house and Lambda can only go up, though I don’t know how high their ceiling is. The best they could be in like 10 years is mid imo

No phi sig won’t rise becuz pikapps and beta never got kicked, they’re upper mid now they r back

U trippin. SAE barely a frat anymore. Theta Chi has some normal dudes and their house is great for parties. If anyone in that tier self ranks it’s acacia, even if they are tho there is still no denying that they are a good house. Phi tau is a bunch of geeds so I agree with that
