How do dry houses have decently high ranks?

Genuinely curious how houses such as Phi Delts are a decently high rank. I think there is another fraternity at IU that’s dry and is also a decently high rank. I completely respect it but just curious as to what makes them well respected. My cousin goes to OSU and says it’s because they have a good brotherhood. I honestly don’t give a damn either way just curious. What makes these houses high ranks?

These houses say they are dry but really are not. Sig ep is the other one it ain’t their brother hood that makes them ranked high lmao
