Fall likely Online
by: Secrets
IU admin is in the process of preparing to do fall semester online. They are leaning on doing online classes, but according to the dean they'll make their final decisions within the next 6 weeks.
I'll see y'all in January. We're prolly looking at a massive rush in order for IFC to survive, so Spring will be short and crazy.

There is also the potential that a second outbreak happens in fall and IU having to suffer massive financial loss due to switching from in class to online again. Look at it in terms of liability and potential risk/gain, keeping us on campus in the fall isn't rational.

The economy of Bloomington depends on us being in class. Were talking about a 75-90% dip in the bloomington service industry. Would be devestating to the town and would likely never recover. Its been a few weeks and business that has been around for decades has shut doors for goods. RIP darn good soup. IU has a duty to the students and the community to stay open.
