3rd st breakdown-Frats and Sororities
by: questionwhat is third street ab? does it start at lambda and end at acacia or it there more idk ab? What are the frats on third like?

Starts at lambda, ends at acacia. Third street used to be the top of IU greek life until all the frats and tri delt got punked by IU and their Nationals. Now those houses don’t exist or are rebuilding. Still has the best sororities and the coolest houses on campus though.

Acacia- solid house, nice basement, pair w mid tier sororities
Phi Tau- huge house, rebuilding, nice basement and decent courtyard, pair w mostly low tier/low mid sororities
DU: nice house, pair w low mid sororities, decent party setup, known for having backup parties
Lambda: nice house, great courtyard, ass basement setup for parties, only has like 50-80 members so still rebuilding
