Not in Asig or Phi Tau, nice try. Asig and Phi Tau had good first years being housed. If Asig pulls solid pc’s next year they can jump DU. Phi Tau COULD be top of the lower tier next year. Both got some work to do though.

Beta Sig is falling hard since everyone knows they are about to lose their house, after next year they’ll prolly be the worst.
Phi Psi is going up, these guys have the best shot at DU. their house alone will help if they throw more than one party a week
A sig could move up but depends some girls think they creepy.
^Same thing Phi Tau, think A Sig will do better than them
Lambda will move up, u can’t exactly move down after a year without parties lol. If their homecoming quad with Bsig Agd and Adpi is actually facts then they’ll be fine-these heads aren’t jumping to mid anytime soon tho.

In all seriousness I think it will be phi psi. Their parties are honestly crazy. Me and my sisters will skip our pairs with sig pi to go their mansion on Jordan
