I think Fiji, Phi Tau, Sig Chi, Acacia, Lambda, Theta Chi, Sig Ep

Yeah ig but seeing the Phi Tau( ATO)mansion on third street is just iconic... Those other houses are newer and more renovated

Well better physical house can mean better parties. Even if a house has a some Goobers and some chiller, if they throw huge parties at a mansion it facts helps

zbt, phi sig and pikapps has arguably the worst houses but are all top and throws down

Their physical houses are definitely not great but they have by far the best party spaces that’s why

If you think phi tau has the second best house ur in phi tau. Fiji, Sae, phi psi, and beta all have better houses
