So on the real, who’s moving into TPA’s house since they didn’t re sign their lease!?

Dtd was suspended for five years so they aren’t coming back, if anything it’ll prolly be empty or just get rented by the unhoused. Phi tau snagged their house last minute so I wouldn’t be surprised if another house did the same

anybody that gets that house is making a mistake. they'll only get to keep it for 2-3 years max

That’s what beta sig did, it helps build relations, u won’t be a top house but it’ll still probably help to recruit better and get better pairs

yeah but as soon as beta sig goes unhoused again their better pairs will drop them that’s just how the system works

You realize that DTD’s nationals has to say it’s ok for them to come back and most of the unhoused chapters are cool with being unhoused. They aren’t really looking for a house. That goes for sororities and fraternities
