two types of top tier houses
by: !kinda realized how most of the top tier quads are ZBT + FIJI and Pi Kapps + Sig Chi. Seems like ZBT and Fiji care more about brotherhood and just having fun whereas Pi kapps and sig chi care a lot about their reputation. All fun houses to party with but completely different types of guys.

I disagree I think that zbt and pi kapps care more about having fun and parties when sig chi and Fiji care about brotherhood and are both super culty and into their traditions and neither of them do hazing and their nationals take them both really seriously
