spring fraternity rush guide 2020

Top Frat: ZBT, Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Sig Chi, AEPi, Beta
These are fraternities that have history on campus or throws ragers with the hottest girls on campus. If your goal in joining a fraternity are parties then rush them. Hard pledgeships.

Middle: Acacia, Sig Ep, Sig Pi, Theta Chi, DU, Alpha Sig
These are fraternities that value both school and parties equally. Don't always throw down but each frat here has their own shining moments. Medium pledgeships.

Lower Frat: Beta Sig, Phi Tau, Phi Psi, PIKE, Lambda

Newer frats that has not build their name yet or completely focused on brotherhood and academics. Easy pledgeships.

Unhoused: PiLam, TEP, AKL, KDR, Chi Phi
Usually less than 70 members. Join an unhoused frat if you like house parties and just chilling with the brothers. Easy pledgeships.

Just so everyone is clear. Pledgeships have nothing to do with tiers. Some of the pledgeships from the bottom tiers are much harder than the top tier houses and vice versa. There is no relationship between the two.
