Sorry Mammas ASA is low tier house and many girls will not agree to that. Yes, unfair but we don’t force our pledges to go where they are not willing to.

Can we hype them up?! Being unhoused is not a bad thing

In my chapter “top tier mentality” doesn’t mean only agreeing to join “top tier” chapters. It means being willing to put in the work to make your chapter as good as it can be, even when it’s hard.

Not having a house is not the end of the world. Many universities have unhoused greek life or a mix of housed and unhoused chapters. Girls in unhoused chapters will be able to live with their sisters in apartments, have alcohol in their places, have boys over, have parties, all the things you can’t do in-house that many sorority women at other campuses see as a reason not to live in when they have the chance.

IMO the key is going to be collective bargaining. Indiana tried to do mixed pairs before but the frats wouldn’t go along so we folded. Stand your ground and do big group pairs and events, and let frats be on their own if they won’t agree.

So let’s all actually try to get to know each other. Boys are stupid we’re a sisterhood in our chapters and we should be a sisterhood as sororities on campus

You wanna know the best part about being low tier? You're closer to the fire escapes

I think they had better recruitments before because they were the only unhoused chapter so they basically got every girl who wanted to go unhoused or already signed a lease by default. With tpa going unhoused it screwed asa’s recruitment because they basically took all the girls asa would have gotten, leaving asa with 4 new members.

We should do like a sorority wife philanthropy for something. Boys and girls club or some organization that helps Bloomington. Like idk a carnival or something fun with every chapter involved

have you ever heard of Circle of Sisterhood? that’s basically what you described but panhell exec and the chapters don’t take it seriously

You guys are going to do great during informal and you will have a thriving chapter here in a year or 2

Looks like nearly all of the members of Panhel exec are members of “lower tier” chapters. This means several things: 1. Girls who join “lower tier” chapters are just as charismatic, smart, friendly, and outgoing as any girl in a “top” chapter. 2. You can and WILL have opportunities to be social and involved all over campus and in greek life if you put yourself out there no matter your chapter. 3. Greek life isn’t led by just “top” chapters anymore. New leadership means time to change things up, and I’m sure these women will know the points people are bringing up all too well.
