they didnt fall they were always middle tier at best. Its just most frats were in trouble

Think about it like this: there are 9 upper tier frats (pkp, Sig Chi, zbt, beta, Fiji, phi delt, aepi, Sammy, phi sig) and 8 upper tier sororitys (aphi, pi phi, kkg, chi o, zeta, gphi, axo, dz) that means every year one frat gets screwed at hoco/little 5... Aepi didn’t necessarily fall they just got screwed by uneven numbers, the year before it happened to beta, and the year before that it happened to phi delt

I would not call Chi O upper tier they can't even pair. RE think your upper tier 8. Nor would I call pairing with AEPHI getting screwed. Who do you think you are anyway?

There are actually 6 upper tier sororitys, take chi o and zeta off that list everybody knows this, thank you very much.

There are 7 top houses for frats and sororities
ZBT, Pi Kapps, Sig Chi, Fiji, Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Sammy
A Phi, Pi Phi, KKG, AXO, DZ, GPhi, Zeta
Every year one or two of these 7 frats get in trouble, which means that the mid-tier frats get to pair with either AXO, DZ, Gphi or Zeta. For hoco Sammy is in trouble and SAE got Zeta

ZTA hasn't been considered a top tier chapter for many years...definitely before I got to IU.
