general opinion on the upper mid tier houses?

What's everyone's thoughts on houses like Phi Delt, Phi Sig, Acacia, AEPI, and SAE

In order
1.Aepi- Probably more top tier now
2.Phi Sig -RIP hopefully they dont get the boot
3.Phi Delt/sae -These two are kinda neck and neck at this point
4.acacia -decently cool guys but their setup needs improvement
